We offer many computer Service & Repair solutions, below is an outline of the Service & Repair Solutions we provide.
Component Replacement
Replacement and testing of components, such as floppy drive, network card(s),video card(s), RAM, CD/DVD reader/writer, Hard Drive(s), motherboard, sound card, power supply(s).
Software Installation and Upgrades
Installation and Upgrade of mutiple types of software, e.g. Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Anti-Virus Software.
Spyware/Virus Protection & Upgrades
Removal of complex and multiple viruses. This method is used when data needs to be preserved.
Format & Reload of Operating System Software
Format and reload of Desktop PCs, Servers, Notebooks and branded PCs (Acer, Dell, NEC, Toshiba, etc). Includes installation of Microsoft Windows and latest drivers and updates. Data backup (CD, DVD, Hard Disk) or additional software installation by request e.g. Anti-Virus Software, Microsoft Office Software.
Note: The client has to provide the appropriate license keys for the Operating System and other Software. The Software has to be a legal version and contain the appropriate license information.
Networking and Server Maintenance
We provide networking and server maintenance for our clients. We make sure their network is kept efficient and at peak performance. We also make sure their server(s) remain up to date with service pack updates and are always working to produce the expected performance for network users. We also offer a maintenance service contract which offers the following:
- Checking server log files;
- Checking backup logs and jobs;
- Checking Anti-Virus Subscription;
- Applying necessary service packs and updates;
- Checking hard disk space;
- Checking core file and folder permissions;
- Checking complete security;
- Checking application functionality;
- Checking redundancy;
- Recommending necessary software and hardware upgrades.

We also analyse your server password(s) strength, also the pass-keys for your secured Wireless Network(s). If your Wireless Network is unsecure, we can help secure it for you.
Backup Solutions
We provide both on-site and off-site backup solutions. All our servers come with the option of an on-site backup solution. Which we highly recommend implementing.
We also provide an optional off-site backup solution, to make sure your data is kept secure from data loss.
With our off-site backup solution we have your data backed-up to two seperate servers in two different locations that are contained in two different suburbs.
This ensures in the event of a natural disaster your data is more likely to be kept safe from being destroyed.
The off-site Backup servers are located in Class A Data facilities with dual redundancy server backups. This ensures your data is kept secure and free from data corruption.
