We specialise in providing highly skilled technicians who have the ability to fix your computer hardware and software problems. Specifically we support Windows Server 2003, both Standard and Premium, Windows Small Business Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows XP Home and XP PRO, and Windows Vista in all its versions.We also support Microsoft Exchange Server, and Microsoft SQL Server software, and specialise in providing Corporate Internet Threat Management software for protection against all forms of Malware including Viruses, Spyware and Spam Filtering.If you have a high speed broadband connection, we can set up remote connection software so that you can log in from home or elsewhere and connect to your network as if you were operating from your office environment.

If you have an inhouse server running any version of Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008, we can provide 3 levels of daily server monitoring for your peace of mind:

. The first level consists of checking daily that your backup has run correctly, and that your antivirus downloads are up to date. (Cost $39 per month).

. The second level includes level one checking as well as monitoring your server RAID array and also your server hard drive health, that your exchange server software is functioning correctly, and checks for any attempted hacker intrusions. (Cost $69 per month).

. Our maintenance contract includes all of the above monitoring, as well as all remote and on-site service for your server and all workstations, as well as network support. We would have to examine your overall computer systems and network before we could give you an accurate quotation for this service. This will cover all labour, both on-site and remote, but not the cost of replacement parts.

. For customers with no maintenance contract, our standard charge for on-site and remote assistance is $120.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of $40 for remote or telephone support.

If you have 3G Mobile telephones, and run Microsoft Exchange Server on your Windows Server, we can synchronise your mobile phones with the emails and the calendars from your Microsoft Exchange Server.
